The hotel was clean. The bed was comfortable. We could hear the TV from the next room all night. Some posts mention the homeless in this area. Parking is underneath the hotel, and they lock the gates at night.

The front office manager was very friendly. He offered to move our room so we were on the quiet side due to a concert happening on the other side.

Located in a very strategic area in the historical district. Easy access to avenues heading north and south bound, walking distance to eateries. Convenient elevator access from parking lot.

Jo was very friendly and helped set us up with a bigger room. The bathroom was clean, the bedroom was clean and comfortable, and the security was nice.
